WHAT IS IT? 

It's the number of business days that we may take to process your order: product sorting, packaging and carrier pickup. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Usually it takes us 2-4 business days depending on current demand. In some cases it can takes us up to 7 days during holiday season. 

AFTER PROCESSING HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

YES, after we process your order it means that the order has been shipped and you'll soon receive an email.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we ship to all countries. If you like any item from our store, we'll get it to your door.

All our products are shipped from the USA 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING TAKE AND HOW MUCH IT COST?

Shipping rates and estimated times are calculated at checkout after you introduce your shipping address. Orders within the USA typically arrive in 2-4 business days after they are shipped out.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your oder is shipped you will received an email with your tracking code.

MY ORDER SAYS "DELIVERED" BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEMS

REFUND 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We hope that this never happens, but in the event that you're unhappy with one of our products, we'll gladly issue a refund for the purchase price of the item if it is returned in new condition within 7 days of arriving at your destination.

If our product is the wrong size or color for you, we will exchange it for the correct product within 14 business days of the purchase date. The original item must be returned in like new condition.

Returns must be received in new condition and in original package; unused, unworn, unwashed.

Final Sale items cannot be refunded. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING WHEN RETURNING AN ORDER OR AN ITEM?

I MADE A MISTAKE CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

We start the order processing relatively soon after an order is placed, if you made a mistake selecting your sizes, color, or with your shipping address. Please contact us at: info@thepositivecactus.com ASAP and we'll do our best to correct the mistake.
